Our food has developed an excellent reputation with our guests. Evening dinner at Streamcombe is contemporary, relaxed and informal.
Ian dedicates many hours to sourcing the best local ingredients, foraging the hedgerows for wild berries and mushrooms, smoking his own trout, baking the daily Streamcombe Sourdough and replenishing the chocolate brownie tin, whilst planning and preparing the next evening meal. Our meat is normally from Farthings Farm Shop in Dulverton, including local game when in season.
The menu changes daily to reflect the seasons and local availability, but always offers a choice of two starters, mains and desserts, plus cheese. If you let us know about any special dietary requirements or particular loves or hates we will do our best to tailor a suitable menu.
